Considered Account Sharing?

Would this be considered account sharing? My GF's iTunes account have some credits. If I were to download MCOC on her phone and log into my MCOC account to buy units with her credits since she has no use for it currently.. Would this be considered account sharing and a violation of TOS?

Technically no. As long as your playing the game yourself.

Not account sharing, that's phone sharing which if not against the rules. Me and my wife and been sharing phones for a while
