Drax or Heimdall

Just wanna know who would be a good rank up out of my 2 cosmic champions. They are to rank 2 and I just want to see who to rank, or wait to see if my next 5* is cosmic and go with that instead.

By the way Drax and Heimdall are 4* but I have the t3 cosmic to get them to rank 4
