MS triggering bleed on MODOK heavy?

Is this supposed to be the case? I can’t see how his flames are a “physical attack” which is what triggers MS bleed according to her abilities. This happened in Dungeon 6 Room 1 I believe. Can’t remember the node she had but it had nothing to do with bleed.
