Amazingly fun sitting here hitting help for 10 minutes to leave and a come back to 10 more minutes of hitting it.
Remove the help system. Change the times required to wait. And put the loyalty in the daily rewards if you're in an alliance.
Should help tons with stress on your servers and your customers!

The speed of requesting help seemed good over the weekend, but now it's back to 5 seconds or more per tap.
