Can’t decide which mutant champ is best to rank up of the following?
5* Rogue
5* Cable
4* Storm

Any advice?

    Rogue if you must rank up now. I'd recommend that you wait for a rank up worthy champ.

    @Luke9523 yes I would wait until you get one of the following:

    AA (duped)
    Iceman (unduped)
    Emma Frost
    Domino
    Omega Red
    Sabretooth

    I may have forgotten a few more good mutant champs but they are the ones that are probably worthy of your t4cc.

    X23 is only a 4* though. Is she really worth it?

    X23 4* definitely beats the heck out of a 4* Storm, I would say. Probably depends on how quick you're getting shards to justify waiting for better mutant.

    Rogue and x23 are really good options..rogue kinda lacks behind x23..I have her as 5/50 and she is a regular in my aq team..the regen and bleed damage make up for her less health and she is good against bleed immunes as well
