    I just beat him on masters with GR. Time the sp1 and sp3 correctly to avoid the buffet. Can also be done with spark. His damage outdamades the regen.

    Well I just one shot him with sparky in uncollected, built up taunts and couple l2s did it, but I have a maxed 5*

    Master? I just used X-23 and bled him to death with no issues.

    I also run with 3/3 Despair, plus 5/5 DW, so beyond just the bleeds lasting longer, each stack is -15% healing.

    I figured I'd clear 100% Master first to learn the 2 new champs, then do UC.

    In uncollected , I messed up with AA but was Able to do it with r4 iceman. It was pretty easy.

    I would think any heavy bleed champ will do, like X-23.

    Domino works pretty well. Can out damage the regency and if you get a good crit bleed then it’s pretty much over
