I've come across this situation. I don't know if she's bugged or if she was nerfed, although on he description it's still showing what happens with increasing souls.after several fights I realised that her sp1 wasn't increasing damage. Then after the fights I checked she has no persistant charges at all. Not even the blue bubble that used to show besides her name. What happened? @Kabam Miike

    Yes. The bug happened briefly. It went away after an about 30-45 min.

    same with CG - persistent charges seem to be quite buggy since the update

    This happens with Mephisto, the persistent charges dissapear and he doesn’t get any of the regen he’s supposed to

    This happened to me once in aq back on the 20 version. Restarted the game and it fixed itself. This was with Corvus

    I know it gets really annoying especially with my corvus and sabretooth.

    Its when you log into the game from a disconnect. It happened to my Mephisto in AW about a month ago. Log out and back in and you should be good to go. Did the trick for me.
