Maybe the #Elders tag has something to do with it? Or that he is a villainous champ, could also be some sort of Dimensional Being but without the tag. Could also be a bug that will be fixed.

I agree, unless elder is unofficially a villain or dimensional being, by right blade shouldn't have danger sense
