Also I feel We are way too short in regards of poison champs.Right now basically all We have is Abomination who is a full on poison champion.
Off the top of my head I would love to see someone like - poison ivy,viper,swamp thing maybe even jormungand.
There is a lot of poisonous champs to choose from in the marvel universe main thing it would be someone good who can sit in an AW poison node.

Abilities:
Persistent charge: at the beginning of a fight Stan gains 3 charges. At the beginning of a fight Stan converts 1 charge to an unstoppable buff lasting 2 seconds for every other charge available.
Health Ret-con: When Stan’s health reaches under 20% he gains a regeneration buff for 5 seconds healing 2% health every second.
Stan-sense: At the start of the fight, and every 5 seconds, Stan gains 3 Stan-sense charges. If one hit will deal more than 10% at once he has a 50:50 chance to auto-block or evade.
Writers block: If Stan parrys an attack (without using Stan-sense) the opponent is stunned for 2 seconds and their block proficiency is decreased by 10%.
Signature ability: Amazing Fantasy
Every 20 hits in a combo Stan writes himself a buff from this pool:
Regeneration for 5 seconds, healing 10% health
Armour up for 5 seconds increasing armour rating by 325
Fury for 5 seconds by 50

This is the collector after being defeated in 5.2. He keeps the same special attack animations but loses almost everything in his game text.
As a replacement he now has Persistent Charges. Whenever the Collector defeats a unique champion of the same star rating or higher by using his special 3, he gains a persistent charge.
He gains abilities based on the number of persistent charges he has much like Aegon with combo count.
10 charges: +10 crit rating per charge
25 charges: +5 block proficiency per charge
50 charges: +5 Attack per charge
75 charges: +10 health per charge
100 charges: +10 crit damage per charge
Signature Ability: Persistent Charges can now be gained by defeating champions one star rating lower. At 20% health the collector has an 1-5% chance to go unstoppable when being attacked.
Flavor:
It will be tough to keep track of which champions you have used to power up your persistent charges, this harkens back to the apparent insanity of the collector when you first interact with him. The sig ability should only rarely trigger unstoppable. This is intentionally a nod to the 5.2 fight which is a turning point for lots of players.
When you get this guy he should make you want to take him into a bunch of different quests and cause you to search out different champions to "collect" them. He doesn't need to have any amazing utility. He's the collector, he collects things. He gets stronger when you collect a bunch of different things.
I thought about having the persistent charges be based on your actual champion roster but then he would suck as your first 4* or 5* and take a long time to be good, whereas with the special finish requirement he encourages you to play differently and even approach quests differently. Getting him early in your career might encourage you to dip your toe in tougher content since you might be able to get a few persistent charges before getting slaughtered.
