**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

improve man ant pls

Kabam pls, improve the ant man, the poisoning he applies on opponents and very weak, the ant man and the worst scientific champion that has in the game, puts some effects on E1 or E3, or even a passive.
Example: ants fly over their enemies applying fatigue and breaking armor.
so it would make it more viable.

Comments

  • He's pretty powerful with the Quantum Trinity (Ghost + Wasp + Antbro)

may even be more n and everyone has these characters, the champion itself must be strong because of other characters who are in the team and yes it should be strong by itself
example: scarlet and very strong witch alone need no one for her to be stronger.

The three-way Quantum synergy can make Ant Man effective; but his poison damage is still ridiculously low if you compare what Ant Man can do with what Dr Voodoo can do.

They've got a very similar way of placing debuffs that achieve little, and converting them with a special attack; but DV causes 244% of his base Attack as damage following an SP1; whilst Ant Man causes just 73% of his base Attack following an SP2.

Ant-Man's Fatigue debuffs do (usefully) reduce your opponent's Crit Rate, but they can be shrugged off, and activate Willpower and Masochism, whilst Loa can't be shrugged and don't activate Willpower. And of course, DV can also convert the opponent's buffs to poison.

It would be great if Ant Man's Poison damage were improved, but that was mooted a long time ago, and never happened.

if the entire community talks about it, kabam will have to listen to us

While I agree with you, don't count on changes to how Antman places debuffs. It is a typical characteristic of the science class to place non-damaging debuffs (see void, spiderman, quake, spider gwen, fixit, luke cage, wasp, etc.).

The biggest problem with antman is that the whole basis for his character is shrinking, but other than his sp1 and sp3 he doesn't use that at all! Furthermore, the shrinking is only for cosmetic effect and doesn't have any inherent abilities. Back when he was introduced, Kabam probably couldn't implement such complicated mechanics. However, we now have wasp, who can shrink mid-combo and will place a weakness if successful. They definitely have the capability to implement a similar ability with antman.

I agree. To be clear, I have no problem with how Any Man places debuffs. I just think the damage potential of his Poison is absurdly low compared with DV; even if DV is unreliable when Unawakened.

Alternate effects could be for his shrinking to make the final blow of his SP1 Unblockable; or he could pull Dormammu's trick and go Goliath for his SP3 with a damage bonus proportionate to his Sig; or an Armour Break ability.
