Vision should be able to phase.

When he was first introduced, the game was still in its infancy, and Kabam probably wasn't capable of implementing such complicated mechanics. However, we now have Ghost, another tech, who does exactly what Vision should be able to do. I'm not super invested in Marvel lore, but isn't phasing one of Vision's key abilities?

Same with Antman. A relatively older character, Kabam probably couldn't implement size changing back then. Now we have Wasp who can shrink mid combo, as well as Kamala and Mephisto who can both grow very large. Plus with Sentinel we now know that xxl sized champs can fit in the screen. Maybe it's time to update Mr. Lang's abilities?

Vision used to phase and shrug all debuffs with his S3. The description Got removed at some point, maybe 12.0, dunno if that ability still works.

If it was removed they should put it back. I mean ghost does exactly that with just a swipe backwards so there is no reason why vision shouldn't have it

@TheSquish671 Agreed. It would be cool if he phased after every special attack (which pairs nicely with how his power steal allows more specials to be thrown). He's always been a bit underpowered anyways, mostly because his direct damage is directly tied to power burnt so no crits and no crazy big numbers. Good for power control, immunities, and solid animation set, nothing more.
