Hello,

Normally, when the 5-day AQ week ends, it pays out glory and crystals right away.

Has anyone else not received their yet?

    Please define “right away”?

    Usually seem them 1-5hours after it ends...

    Normally it pays out a few minutes after the event ending.

    It never pays out minutes afterwards. Your rank isn’t even updated yet. The rewards definitely won’t show till you see your rank. Then it can happen anytime after that.
