Void reverse sparky UC regen?

Can void with 3/3 on despair reverse UC sparky regen? I believe it's the same regen ghost had a few Eq's ago !

    With 2 petrify debuffs only need 1/3 on despair to reverse that regen.

    I'm thinking which champs are best? I have a 4/55 yondu with the heal block but void should be better Incase sparky decides to play passive

    You never know which debuffs are applied first..hence I prefer to max despair

    You can, but if you get hit you die instantly. And a lot of patience is required to get to fear the void.
