I entered today and it said I completed the t3 100% when I didn’t even do anything today. These were results of last week. Anyone else see this. Bug?

    I entered t4 and found all matches to be Scientific with the only exception of the final boss

    Yeah I saw this when I did the science t2cc quest yesterday. Whole map showed as being completed 100% already when I entered it. I didn't even get the full t2cc as the 100% completion bonus when I did the whole map.
