About the 3/4/5* dungeon character limits

While this system may be better than the prestige one there's one thing I think needs to be added. Characters who have been duplicated from these crystals should count as for as many times as you pulled them. It's a little annoying to have 14 5*s but not get counted cause some of them where duplicated.

    While I don't agree about counting the duplications exactly, I do say that the limit for the max tier should be reduced. 12 at the most, maybe 14 at the least
