Hulk Ragnarok used to recover 70% of heath when FaceMe was active. That has been reduced to 0.7%. Why is that done without any notification??

    Idk if this is the case but an error has been occurring a lot for me personally. Sometimes when viewing a champ, the game will show the text it uses in coding and processing, rather than the custom text that the designers implement. So rather than showing you the text that you'd understand (70%), it would show you the value that the game applies to damage in that instance (.7). Again I'm not sure if this is correct but that's the only explanation I have. @Kabam Miike ???

    .7% =/= 70% in any sense.

    Say you take 10K damage:

    70% = 7K heal
    .7% = 70 heal

    I can say it was right after, i was using him recently, probably yesterday, & he had that regen active. Today against a void he just started to lose health.

    Didnt see that, but I did test against ultron with bleed & cable with degen. Anyone else try this??
