I have a few great 4 stars (all at rank 4) but no Power Drain champ.

Wolverine is so valuable with regeneration though and I hear great things about Archangel.

Go for Magik - she can regnerate with her Limbo and she is the best Power Control Champion in the game

    Go for Archangel - best champion for damage output
    If you really need power control, then maybe Magik, but I still prefer AA - The fights where he's viable don't last long.
