Does anyone have problems with parry?

I have problem with parry for twoo weeks now, timing is soo off, and also i have problems with special attacks. I can't chain sp after 5hit combo, and yeah i don't talk about Superior IM. Does anyone have same problems, please reply, thanks for your time.

I mean I usually have problems with Parry cause I'm just bad at the game

...
but yeah I have been noticing that my specials don't chain off my combos as much as of recently... just so annoying when you're trying to carry a combo...

I cant level up my parry ???? Please tell me this is a mistake. I was playing with my masteries and this is what happened.
