Uncollected shard crystal

How come for the regular shard crystal its possible to get 200 shards for PHCs, 3 and 4* star crystals but the uncollected you can get 200 grandmaster shards but the 4 and 5* shards only dump out 25. Is this how these uncollected shards crystals are supposed to work?

    I’ve bought about 10 in my entire 2 years of playing the game and yeah, they are very poor drops. Save your units buddy

    Better off sticking to the regular shard crystal in that case.
