Quick question, does hulk rags sig ability have a 50/50 chance to be regen or fury, or is it based on crowd level?

Does anyone know, or have had experience with him and has a rough idea?

    I've read it a while ago but I'm not sure. but if u went back to read he's Sig ability description you'll understand.

    Most people believe it's totally random. Some think it's tied to "how well you've fought" and each of the people who believe that have their own definition of what that exactly means.

    Well there is only 2 options for when his opponent or himself goes under 20% so yes, it's 50/50. Its random and there isn't anything you can do to pick one or the other.
