    It’s not so much the power gain as it is the fury duration. That being said, Voodoo needs it most

    It's between hype and voodoo...voodoo gains more from it but it also makes hype,who is already a beast unduped,even better with that increased buff duration..but given that it's a generic,I would use it on voodoo
