Forced Heavy Attack Bug???

I don't know if anyone is experiencing this but during the middle of a combo my character randomly does a heavy attack. it stays there and the next thing you know I'm getting hit. This has been happening the past few days but i have been experiencing it most fights today. Anyone else?

    This happens to me as well, but I believe it's a device issue. If you see it happening to you, turn off your screen as fast as you can, unlock your device again, and it will not happen for a while.

    I have had that as well also the opponents special right after a heavy attack giving you no window to counter anymore, more grimey health steals from the biggest cheaters KASCAM

    Yeah it happens to me. I think it has something to do with tapping the screen too fast.
