True strike of corvus against MODOK

Why my corvus true strike not working against modok. I already killed one champ who is evadeing with heavy attack & got true strike on that fight but when I go for my next fight against modok , my true strike gone in a sec
Why this is happening plz help

    Im also having issues with corvus true strike...i got it from modok on spite node in AW. Debuff mini was medusa and she auto blocked me. I have video of this. I still slayed her ;)
