Stuck in gold 1 alliance of players who dont seem to be getting any better

I've tried many times to find a progressing alliance of skilled players who are also knowledgeable fighter but it seems to be extremely difficult. My prestige is currently 7903 and will be over 8k soon. I grind arena and compete in every event possible for easy rewards. Working on exploring variant and have 1 path of LOL complete. If there is any alliance who is pushing for better rewards and are competitive please let me know if are looking for someone. My only issue comes with map 6 aq. I could probably stand the time required for a couple days but not much more.
