**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Voodoo and Vision vs Debuff immune.

Could someone please explain why it is Vision is able to power burn a debuff immune champ but Voodoo with his buff is unable to?
I assume Magik is able to power burn as well but cannot power lock (confirm?).

Seems fishy.

I believe it is because Vision's power burn is caused directly by his special where one of Voodoos power drains is based on if you use it during an odd or even combo to place a debuff on them that drains the power over time. Voodoos alternate power drain should still burn power from direct hits. I don't have him so I don't know if it is the even or odd combo effect you're looking for.

I only tried the even combo as it made some sense in my head that his buff that allows him to burn power wouldn't be treated as a debuff. Would be hilarious if his odd combo Debuffs actually worked lol.

Vision's power burn is just an effect of a special. Voodoo's L2 on an odd combo places a debuff on the enemy that constantly drains their power. There's a clear difference between the two.

No he meant the power burn buff, it's actually weird as vision and vodo power burn is the same but one considered as a debuff and the other on is not...but i think kabam would say it's working as intended so whateverr

Could we get some official comment please? It just doesn't seem right at all. What's good for one should be good for all.

Not even HE can powerburn on debuff immune in war, and that doesn't make sense at all
