  I agree that there should be more content geared at lower star champions...the thing is as soon as you get to a level where you are getting all of the cool 3 stars you wanted ages ago, they are no longer useful for anything and there's no reason to rank them up. I really liked this Road to Greatness arena, but it'd be cool to see more events like the one a few months ago that had star caps also. Because otherwise I just use my top 12 champs and that's it, especially since Arena is such a timesuck.
