21.2 update. loading screen becoming even worse than before

i just want to point this out although there is an ongoing merged thread about 21.1 .
after yesterday update the loading screen takes like forever. i join AQ and need to wait 2 min loading scree. i keep moving and take a fight, another 2 min. finishing the fight another 2 min loading fight.
i am not mentioning crystal menu. its almost impossible to reach the end without broke my screen, spinning even worse. all in slow motion.
btw im using an htc m8 android device
