I can’t get past the thing in master mode

I’ve been trying to get him down in master mode but I simply cannot get past him because of the insane physical resistance that he stacks and the node is adaptive, cycling between energy or physical resistance. Does anyone have any tips about beating him and/or removing his rock stacks???

    Champions who cause bleeding are able to remove piles of stone, this was also discussed in the release notes. Good luck!

    Tried with GP and he didnt bother to bait his specials till he got me with Sp3 on both my champions GP and SL lol

    Check out seatin’s video on Thing. It’s all about keeping his rock stacks in check, get them to 15 exactly then bait sp2 to remove all stacks.

    Get him to 15 rock stacks, while making sure he has enough power for a special. Use stun and/or parry. When he throws a special with 15 rock stacks he loses all of them. Repeat. Keep an eye on how many he has. Don’t go over, or he will go unstoppable if you hit him.
