    I hope this is confirmed. Arcade is a very cool character, especially in Ultimate Alliance 1.
    The quest could be located in Murder World.
    He would probably be tech or skill. Maybe mutant?

    It was later determined Switch and Quicksilver are not Magneto’s children.

    Arcade is not a mutant he is a normal human so he would have to be skill or tech
