Anyone else feel like the punisher’s heavy attack has a stupendously low charging time? It’s almost too hard to dodge. I feel like all the other champs have at least twice his heavy charging time.

    I don't think it's really faster than other uppercuts. It does feel hard to block/Dodge; on the other hand, that's a good thing, if he's on your side!

    I get hit by war machine heavy ALWAYS! Is it just me?

    I sometimes do, but it’s predictable of when he will launch it. I also don’t see war machine much at our war level.
