M. O. D. O. K heavy attack

When fight with modok against electro,
When we use heavy attack he burns with fire of his chair then why he is getting shock even he is not touching elactro.
Just a doubt don't criticize me

It's technically not a projectile. It is still a part of MODOK. If its a laser or a buzz saw, then it wont damage MODOK. Basic hits and heavy attacks do.
