what can he do? ik he is a god when duped but without that what cna i do with him i just got a 5* one

He's a god once awoken because Brother Daniel boosts his ability accuracy by 100% when it's on him, this means you're placing loa on the opponent much easier, you're converting loa and buffs into poisons/power burn/power drain much easier. Every single time... or you're placing Brother Daniel on the opponent and you're lowering their ability accuracy. This decreases the amount of buffs they proc, even nodes.

Without being awoken (without Brother Daniel) Voodoo isn't guaranteed to do any of this. Considering his basic attack isn't anything impressive, this neuters him quite a bit. He's still worth ranking up, for the future that you awaken him, but until he's awoken I probably wouldn't take him past R2 tbh, save the resources.

Don't rank him much until you awaken him, but then drop everything to rank him up.

I dont think awakening affects his rate of inflicting loas. It DOES make converting loas using sp1 or sp2 100% chance on even combos.
