Possible Void bug

So i was fighting rol Juggernaut with Void yesterday and at some point i missed an evade and Jugs got 10 hits and it seemed like he purified 2 of my debuffs instead of one so today i tested it against Rol Ws and it happend again so is there something i missed in voids ability's and how they interact with other champions or is this a bug? The bug happens at 1:20 but i left the whole video because it doen't seem to be something consistent

    Didn’t even just purify one debuff and the timer before the debuff?

    Tried it again and this time you can see that it happend past 0.6 second since the debuff has been placed so the debuff should have been active( the last debuff is placed at aprox 1:16 and the purify happens at aprox 1:18
