**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Can someone please tell me what a TOS violation is

And would someone hacking an account taking leadership of an alliance and kicking the alliance creator be classed as a violation?

Probably not but sharing your account information so that they could do that to start with probably would.

Real hacking almost never happens. I'm 99% sure the "hacking" you're referring to is because someone shared their account info. If that is indeed the case, the "hacker" hasn't violated the ToS however the "victim" did.

The account information was definitely not shared however this person managed to promote himself to leader and kick several people. Why would the ‘victim’ as you call him give his account details to someone who could take leadership then kick him? This person has also got a proven record on google of cheating in other competitions too

Because... Like I said, real hacking is almost non-existent.

It is much more likely account details were given out. Maybe not to him specifically, but they found their way to him.

If he did hack, that's a police thing not a Kabam thing and he should be reported to the authorities.
  • Hey Morgan210805, a ToS violation occurs when someone fails to comply with any of the points mentioned in our Terms of Service (ToS) Agreement. Ultimately, this can result in action being taken against your in-game account, including a temporary or permanent ban.

Section 6 of our ToS agreement states:

"You may not use anyone else’s Account at any time and you may not allow anyone else to use your Account at any time".

If you would like to review our Terms of Service, you can find them at the link below.

If you require clarification on any of the points mentioned in our Terms of Service or would to report a suspected violation, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
