A couple questions about Legendary Status

1. Dose the timer begin when the quest becomes available or dose the timer begin when the player enters into heroic difficulty?
2. Do you have to explore the quest or just the initial completion?

    Agreed. Even with a new Android device, I'm getting kicked out of the game without even getting one path completed in the eq. Its only gotten worse since 21.1. They really only care about iPhone users, and I can't see that changing anytime soon.

    Its not about care, it is about thousands of android devices vs a couple dozens of ios devices to optimize for.
