Is that stackable so 4 exhaustions would reduce power gain to nothing?

    Yes. And more than that would reverse power gain

    It's only power gain effects. So hyperion's power gain buff would be effected not the usual power a champ gains from getting hit or hitting the opponent.

    So he'd be a fantastic counter to map 5 Morningstar mini boss with 100% increased power gain.

    He does not reduce power gain from +power gain nodes. Only when they have a power gain buff or mystic dispersion or something like that.

    Luke Cage is the MVP for the last chapter of Uncollected this month for me. Those exhaustion stacks plus his damage he delivers on his hits, matched with this utility. Great character.
