Morningstar synergies

So, Morningstar synergy's with Angela and Magik gives MS 20% more time on buffs. That's a good think for Angela since she's a buff based champion, but it's not that good for MS, actually neither good nor bad. This synergy makes no difference for MS, all the buffs she has is Indestructible on sp1 with two souls and 5% power gain per soul. I just used MS on a Mission, and I felt like it was useless. Am I missing something or this synergy simply doesn't benefits MS at all?

    Yes when awakened she can siphon a portion of the opponents fury, regen, and power gain buffs. This is most likely what the synergy boosts.
