I just have a question that was making me wonder for almost a year of playing. Why is there no critical damage on special 3 of any champion? Has it always been that way?

    Special 3 requires no extra effort..the opponent cannot block and u can hit it anytime so giving the ability to crit on sp3 would be game breaking
