I only have one tier 2 catalyst in my inventory. And I have one in my mail that no matter what I do I can not retrieve and we all know how hard it is to get one of these and I prefer not to lose it

The best assistance you're going to get with this is with our Support team as we don't have the ability to handle it here on the forums. You can reach out to them via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within MCOC, from there-- scroll to select 'Support'.
