I am running rank 3 lc and rank 3 willpower and with recovery my champs would normally recover about the same amount of health they lost. For instance, if I would lose 54 health per second I would regain 53 health.

I just recently noticed that my champions are healing a considerable amount less than they used to. Is anyone else experiencing this?
