Does anyone know what the difference between a plain card and a shiny foil card is? Does it change anything in the game, and are the foil ones any more rare?

    How much does one cost?

    There was another thread which list 75 rarities. If add plain and shiny it will be 150 cards.

    The foil cards are Ultra Rare version. There is a total of 150 cards (75 characters and their foil version).
