    They put one up every month, but can only do 1 of any of their deals. I'm waiting on the 3* Mr. Sinister to hit my account in a couple weeks so I didn't need to grind for it.

    No and No.
    they do not put deals every month. some months they do. some they dont.
    You can do as many deals as you have the points for.
    often they have a 30000 point 2* deal and a 135000 point 3* deal. sometimes i buy both.

    the deal with the ultimate crystal has been there for many many many many many months now and once you buy it you cant buy it again.

    the only month's they've not done a deal have been when SDCC and NYCC are running.

    There have been alot more than that. there was a period not too long ago where it was 3 months between a deal

    and during the comi-cons there has been special MCOC + Comicon deals offered.
    exclusive 2* you could only get by having a code from CC
