Restructuring To a AQ Focused Alliance with WAR 6-0

Hello I have a Alliance that believes in Teamwork and Communicaton we are restructuring our focus on growth. We are looking for active, determined ,veteran players that have the same and would like to join us. Our alliance is no drama we understand that this is a game and you also have to Adult. We ban together to help one another if you need off time and accomplish our goals of having fun but also help each other get resources if needed. We are a family and family is there for each other.
We are restructuring to a organized, active, AQ focused alliance. War is optional and we run 1 BG with a 6-0 record so if you do choose to participate you have to give it 100%.
For AQ our Goal we have all the team members is to play it 5 days a week, in 3 BGs. We complete BGs 100% now. BG 1 will play schedule: 5-4-4-4-4, while BG 2 plays 4-3-3-3-3, and BG 3 plays 3-2-2-2-2. This is not set in stone because it's an idea until we have the whole team together.
We participate in weekly SA, holding is a bad word here. We participate in all events (particularly the 3-day events), consistently, to earn awards and rank awards.
