Looking for some community feedback on 1st Rank 5

Hey Everyone,

I've been playing this game for a little over a year and have been having loads of fun, i'm grateful for all the tips and info i've been able to learn from the forums.

So I'd like to get some feedback on my 1st Rank 5 from all of you.

For some context, I'm Elders Bane and Cavalier but havent touched LoL or Variant.

I may eventually do a LoL run but not super excited about it and i'm even less inclined to do Variant.

I'm perfectly content to complete the monthly EQ's and odd challenges that pop up every now and then.

I'm in a Gold1 Alliance in Tier 4 War and Mostly Map5 in AQ with occasional Map6.

So please vote and provide a little feedback as to why if possible or if you think this champ will keep up with meta shifts.

    5* Blade - Sig 60
    This was a really tough choice between Blade and Omega, but ultimately I voted Blade because in the right conditions he gets a huge attack bonus and can shut down abilities. I saw you have Sparky and if you have 5* GR I would definitely say Blade. If not, go Omega.

    Sadly i only have GR as a 4* and getting thru Act6 with no Danger Sense on most fights was underwhelming compared to having used it for all content prior.

    But i found myself using Nebula more for some reason and getting the satisfaction of dropping my Sp2 with 20 Shock charges.

    So I am tentatively for ranking OR, however, he does rely heavily on his sig so if you cant get that raised he might not be as useful.

    I've got some 20 generic stones i can add on if needed, but i was waiting on finishing the Nick Fury side quest to get the 5* awakening gem(hoping for Tech for Sparky) before i decide who to use the generics on.

    But yes i have noticed the spore damage isnt very high at his current sig level.

    I don’t know that Sparky really needs a really high sig level to be effective. He really just wants his sig ability unlocked and at a moderate level. Omega on the other hand benefits from a really high sig level so even if you awakened Sparky, Omega would probably benefit most from the generics. Just one man’s opinion.

    Omega Red as a lot more utility than most of the champs and he's great at surviving for long fights.

    Thanks for the feedback everyone, much like the poll results i am leaning towards Omega Red just hoping for some more sig stones.
