Selling t4cc for t5cc

Why can't we sell our t4cc for t5cc? They have opened up the t5cc in offers so we should be able to clear out inventory. Selling the t4cc is more valuable than trading 3 for another one I don't need. Has there been any talks on when/If we will be able to Sell.

    I would estimate that within 5+ months from now, we will be able to sell for shards. Same thing happened when t5b was introduced, it took a while before we could sell t4b for shards.
