    You could say Domino if she’s lucky and you count the bleed damage that procs from it. She made LoL kinda fun just to see how fast they can bleed out.

    Without damage cap, id say it's a tie between Havok and Proxima since they both deal extreme amounts of damage, and if you look at the sp3 alone, Proxima takes it, but Havoks after damage is mental

    Wasp is capable of some very high damage sp3s. The damage increases for every hit on her combo meter, +40 against mystic champs.

    You guys are forgetting the OG god champ Star Lord. Get him to a big huge combo, then sp3. If you get shock RNG, even more damage
