iOS only getting old update

I keep trying to upgrade to 14.1 but 14.0 is the only thing showing up (I have had this already since it came out). Even downloaded it and it still just shows up as old update.

    Updates don't come at the same time. It was only a difference of a couple minutes until iOs got the 14.1 update ...

    I restarted my phone. 14.0 was showing up in the AppStore as a new update and then it changed to 14.1. Kinda weird.

    Restarting phone did nothing. I've tried to download "new 14.0", it downloads but it's the previous update when sparky was added. I can download multiple times, none of which are new update

    Had the same issue on my iPhone, went to update and it gave me 14.0. Restarted and it gave me 14.1. No problems on my iPad. Weird.
