Persistant charge on Capt Marvel quest

I used to play a lot but took a while off. Now I am back and see loads of new stuff. Can someone explain the persistant charge and how to beat it, and even more so...on the Capt Marvel Master last quest how to beat her.

    In general, persistent charges or other persistent counts can carry over from fight to fight. Some newer heroes have this ability for some things. There will be a # count next to them on the pre-fight screen. Or in case of NickFury, that count=1 indicates he still has his “Body Double” active (once his Body Double is killed, then that count goes down to 0).

    Specifically for CapMarvel, her charges/stacks build up to becoming unblockable, etc. For fighting her, use energy damage mystic champs. Easy with Mephisto SP1 Incinerate (with Ghost Rider synergy if possible), or else Morningstar or Hood do a good job too.

    Thank you, Unfortunately all i have is Ghost Rider and Magik as my highest Mystic 4*. But thanks for your help. She destroys my Ghost Rider.
