in Bugs and Known Issues
I have been experiencing this crash since the last update(February Update).
The game suddenly shows something in Black.....
Then it closes instantly.
Like I was in arena and this happened.
Then the Game closed instantly when I collected the rewards.

This issue was raised several times and the Discussion was closed,or left unanswered.

    I have also asked to fix the problem or provide some compensation.
    Both of the remedies were not taken into consideration

    Also The tiles of Quests appear Black,All the stats like Special Bars,Buffs and Debuffs become Black

    Some devices have specific problems, where specific champions simply crash the game when they appear on the screen.
    Don't know what you use, but I can say that Gwenpool is one of these game crasher's, even if the chance to crash is minimum.
    It's a issue for 3/4 years, and it changes from device to device.

    From my long experience with this game crashing (at least 5 or 6 time each AQ cycle), it seems to be that the fights with more nodes on it cause more crashes.

    Especially when you have several buffs or other mechanicime regen going at the same time.

    Just my 2 cents
