    Yes, Silver Surfer already appeared in the dialogues. But in my opinion, the fanmade design is better than what I've seen ingame.

    Not to ruin your day but kabam have already made him and he appeared once in the event quest.
    In game, that was the Cheap Primer Surfer. The Silver Surfer hasn't appeared yet.
